SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- How long does it take to get my order?
Usually, it takes 3 to 7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 3 to 4 business days
Europe: 6 to 8 business days
Australia: 2 to14 business days
Japan: 4 to 8 business days
Others/International: 10 to 20 business days
Note on Covid19: Our fulfillment times may be longer than usual as we are seeing delays in our supply chain (for printed products), including distributors and shipping carriers.
- Where will my order ship from?
It both depends on the type of product and on your location. We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently. Original artwork is shipped from the USA.
- Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
- How do I track my order?
- My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order FOR ANY PRINTED PRODUCT ONLY, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. We can reship it to you, but at your own cost.
- I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or is not the one you ordered. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 weeks upon reception with photo(s) of the issue, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
- General Rule
Most of our products - with the exception of original artwork - are custom printed (made for you). Because of the nature of these items, we can’t accept returns, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
For original artwork: we offer a 30 days guarantee in case you are not fully satisfied. Please, contact us as soon as possible if you wish to return the original artwork you bought. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipment costs and possible damage. Once we have received the original artwork and confirmed it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to reimbursement.
- Damaged and defective products
If the product you ordered arrived damaged or defective (misprinted for instance), please email us at email@example.com within 2 weeks and join photos of the issue, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
